Prototype Verification Mode
Choose how Civicc validates that work completed on ground is actually resolved:
Community Verified:A nearby citizen confirms the repair with a fresh Civicc camera photo. Field teams marking “done” does not automatically resolve the ticket.
Privacy & Anonymity
Identity Hidden:Your name, phone number, and account information are never shared with ground teams or field contractors. All complaints are assigned directly to operational units.
